If you are thinking about selling your home and are looking for a realtor team to help with the (sometimes overwhelming process), we would highly recommend Jody and Karen based on our experience working with them twice.
There are a couple good realtors out there that can help you sell your home and do the paperwork and open house – and then there are those that excel your expectations. Like Jody and Karen. We couldn’t have picked a better and more professional team. We compared realtors before picking Jody and Karen.
 At our first meeting they impressed us with their approach. They gave us a clear and understandable overview of the process, had a very honest and realistic idea on pricing the home and gave us helpful recommendations on the next steps to take and suggestions for the house to help sell it faster – and this before we even agreed to sign with them.

During the selling process, Jody and Karen were always a step ahead of things. They were quick to respond to all our questions and concerns, no matter what time of the day or weekend. They were always reachable. Their open house and pre-open house to our neighborhood were a big success.         

 You could tell that these two have a huge knowledge of the market and what buyers want and great experience in selling homes. They suggested staging the home and changing up a few things and we trusted them and went with it. It turned out to be exactly what our buyer was looking for. We sold the home in 10 days for the price we had hoped for.

The paperwork, inspection and dealing with the buyers were a breeze. We were already living in Florida and they just took over. Not much for us to do, just sign the papers.
